Prices
Manor Stables comes fully equipped. Fresh bed linen is provided as is a fully equipped kitchen with electric range cooker, large fridge, separate freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the utility room is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an en-suite shower room in each of the 3 large bedrooms (shower, sink and WC) and two separate WC's. Telephone and TV with Freeview, DVD and video recorder as well as a radio with CD player. Towels are not provided.
There is a charcoal Barbeque and outdoor furniture including table, chairs and parasol. Charcoal is not supplied.

Winter Short Breaks
When can I book a Winter Short Break?
Subject to acceptance, a Winter Short Break can be booked during the following dates:
- 31st October, 2009 - 21st December 2009
- 5th January, 2010 - 12th February, 2010
- 20th February, 2010 - 19th March, 2010
- 30th October, 2010 - 22nd December, 2010
How much does a Winter Short Break cost?
The reduced Winter Short Break price is different for every cottage. Once you have found a cottage you like, simply use the online 'Cottage Availability' calendar to see how much a cottage will cost during the Winter Short Break season.
How long is a Winter Short Break?
There is a 3 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.
Off Season Breaks
When can I book an Off Season Break?
Bookable within one calendar month of the holiday start date.
- 20th March to 27th March, 2010
- 17th April to 29th May, 2010
- 2nd October to 23rd October, 2010
How much does an Off Season Break cost?
75% of the normal weekly rent or the Winter Short Break price (if higher).
How long is an Off Season Break?
There is a 3 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.
Last Minute Breaks
When can I book a Last Minute Break?
Last minute breaks are available at any time of year (subject to acceptance). Last Minute Breaks can be booked within one week of the holiday start date.
How much does a Last Minute Break cost?
65% of the normal weekly rent or the Winter Short Break price (if higher).
How long is a Last Minute Break?
There is a 3 night minimum charge. Additional nights are charged in proportion to the normal rental price.
